hi everybody this is patrick from doggy dashboard and today im going to show you how to use the new e-sign feature of doggie dashboard this feature has been requested by numerous people and after months of coding its finally ready to get uh get started so anyways here is the main signature requests page how it works is first you create templates for your waivers that need to be signed then you send the requests to your customers they will sign it on their computer or phone and once they sign it youll get a notification and that signed document will get added to their file you can see right now if we click send signature request there is no waiver we can send right here so we need to get started by creating a waiver so lets go over here to create waiver template so these are single signature waivers or releases that you can create using doggy dashboard if you need to do something where you have multiple input fields and custom columns where people need to enter different information

Can I waive signature confirmation with USPS? Yes, you can waive the USPS signature confirmation requirement to allow the carrier to deliver mail without obtaining the recipients signature.
Signature Confirmation provides shippers with the name of the recipient as well as the delivery date, time, and location; a copy of the recipients signature will also be faxed, mailed, or e-mailed to you upon request.
The delivery person cant leave Certified Mail without a signature. If no one is home to receive it, the postal worker will leave a note that a delivery attempt was made. USPS only makes one delivery attempt. After that, the carrier returns the letter or package to the nearest post office.
A Waiver of Signature is initiated by the Sender and authorizes delivery of mail at the letter carriers discretion (if area is secured and protected from weather) without obtaining the recipients signature.
