I came across this issue just this week from a a landlord who came to my office she won on the justice court level shes headed to appeal so shes going to County and thats why she came into my office I need help and said well Im happy to help you but your notice to vacate isnt actually a notice to vacate yours is a notice of termination and there is a difference when you say your lease will end 30 days from today thats not what a notice to vacate is a notice to vacate is I am presently terminating your lease get out in 3 days or I will evict you you see the subtle difference one is youre still good for 30 days there is no bdocHub the other one is you are presently in bdocHub get out in 3 days or get out in 30 days and because the notice didnt say get out it said your lease will end its not technically a notice vac
