What are the five registry keys? In most versions of Windows, the following keys are in the registry: HKEYCLASSESROOT (HKCR), HKEYCURRENTUSER (HKCU), HKEYLOCALMACHINE (HKLM), HKEYUSERS (HKU), and HKEYCURRENTCONFIG.
