You will want to click on the Create transition and select Validator link. Find the Validator that requires the field, open and ensure it is the Approver field then remove it. Go back to your project workflow and add new workflow and choose the one you copied/edited.
To change the context: Select Issues Fields Custom fields. Find the custom field you want to configure, select Contexts and default value. Select Edit context. Go to Choose applicable context and select Apply to issues under selected projects. Select the project you want the context to apply to. Select Modify.

Go to Setup | Object and Fields | Object Manager | Lead.In Classic: Go to Setup | Customize | Leads | Page Layouts. Click Edit next to the Page Layout name. Click on the wrench icon for the Company field. Deselect the Required checkbox and click OK. Save the Layout.
You can edit or delete custom fields directly from the Custom fields page. For Jira Data Center, you can also delete multiple custom fields at once.
Follow the steps below. Go to Settings -- Customizations. Click Customize the System. Under Components, expand Entities, and then expand the entity you want. Click Fields. Select the field you want to remove from the form (which is Business Required) Change the Field Requirement from Business Required to Optional.
