christening here and today Im going to talk about how to correct a signed document that you were you receive in now if you havent already I have videos for how to set up your document account and how to use with command so go watch those videos if you havent and because Im not gonna be going through all those details in this video so in this case I get this signed document back here I sent out the kW addendum to the listing agreement this is the original form and I received this signed PDF now Im gonna go review this PDF and lets assume that in this case I wrote in 1 2 5 1 2 3 Main Street maybe it was supposed to be 1 2 4 Main Street so what do I do Ive got two options one is I can go into the original form and change the data in that original form so Ill click on I clicked on the original kW addendum to the listing agreement form and I can just go edit those fields the same way I came in and put the data in to begin with so I can change that save and close put this in an env

A contracting officer may need to issue an out-of-scope modification. This can occur if the Government requires an increase or decrease in the scope of work beyond what is contained in the statement of work, and which will result in a change to the cost of the contract.
A contract modification (mod) is any written change by the contracting officer to the contract terms and conditions. A mod can be issued at any time after the contract is awarded.
Contract modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties. Amendment means a written agreement, signed by the Parties, which documents changes to the Contract other than those permitted by Work Orders or Technical Guidance Letters.
Thus, under common law rules, parties who wish to modify a contract will need to provide new consideration (i.e., something of value).
Always put a contract amendment in writing and make sure both parties sign and date it. Reference the title of the contract, if applicable; its original parties; and original signing date, so that it is clear what document you are amending. Attach the amendment to the original contract.

In order to form a valid contract, consideration must meet the following conditions: It must be something worth bargaining for. It must benefit all the parties to the contract. It must be something of value.
A contract modification is a mutually agreed upon change to the original contract. Its changes must fall under the scope of the changes clause and leave the agreements original purpose and effect intact. When negotiating a contract, you can modify the agreement as needed so long as all parties agree.
