all right I wanted to go ahead and show you a little bit about how to add and remove items in PLAs cells so the items button here is highlighted its on the right side or you can also get it through the vendor tab at the top I go into items so you click on that and if you want to create a new item you click the button up in the top left there labeled new item once you click that you can select the type of item so inventory would be like a physical item would be a real popular type or non inventory would be special items service would be any kind of services or fees it that you perform for customers assemblies would have items inside of them and discounts would be to a give a discount percentage off for a customer reward redemption is so you can earn rewards and give customers points as well too and the recurrence would be a reoccurring charge so that would be something like a charge that gets charged over and over so like every month so like like a monthly maintenance fee or something
