welcome to clinic sources micro training videos today were going to discuss how do i remove a treatment from an invoice im going to go ahead and log into clinicsource once in im going to go to billing and invoices i currently have an invoice created and my invoice when i hover over it you can see has three dates of service 416 17 and 18. if i want to remove for instance the 417 data service off this invoice simply click on the line item the invoice will open down below youll see treatments on the invoice youll see the second one down is 417 2019 off to the far right youll see theres a remove button i can either edit the line item remove it off the invoice ill go straight to the visit which created that data service im going to go ahead and click remove and youll see the 417 data service moves up as an uninvoiced treatment as soon as a treatment is no longer invoiced you can go ahead and make your necessary corrections within the system you can go back to that data service cha

Heres how: From the + New icon, select Invoice. Or you can go to Sales and select an invoice you want to mark Print later. Click the Print or Preview option below. Tick the box of Print later. Then, tap Save and close.
Go to Sales and select Invoices (Take me there). Scroll to the invoice you wish to edit and click on it to open it up. Make the necessary changes. Click Save and Close (or Save and Send).
Change unit of measure for different vendors Go to the List menu. Select U/M Set List. Click U/M Set at the bottom, and then New. Select the Area (square foot, acre, square meter, etc) radio button. Click Next. Select the Square foot (sqft) radio button and then hit Next twice. Set the name, and then Finish.
Important: After a Unit of Measure is added, it can no longer be deleted. There are two units of measure modes in QuickBooks; Single U/M Per Item and Multiple U/M Per Item.
Heres how: Go to Sales or Get paid pay in the left navigation menu. Select the Invoices tab. Find the invoice. Click the payment made hyperlink below the PAID payment status and select the date. On the Receive Payment window, click the More button at the bottom and select Delete. Click Yes to confirm.
Next, click Content and then click on the middle section on the invoice (where the invoice line items appear). You can now un-tick the Quantity, Rate and Amount boxes which will remove them from the invoice style. Once youre happy, click Done which will save this as a new style.
How can I change the default on the invoice template so print invoices is not checked In your QuickBooks Desktop file, go to the Customers menu. Select Create Invoices. On the Invoice page, enter the necessary information. Make sure that the Print Later box is unchecked. Once done, click Save and Close.
