A solid proposal close-out should include a brief summary of your offers main points, including benefits to the recipient; a clear call-to-action about steps to take next; and ways in which you plan to communicate with the recipient.
Summarize Key Points of the Proposal Summarize the key points of your proposal (which in itself is a summary of prior conversations, ing to Industrial Marketer) in the conclusion. Focus on why action is needed and emphasize the benefits the action will have for the company.
A proposal close-out is simply the portion of your business proposal where you summarize the top points of your offer, and finish by suggesting that your customer complete a specific call-to-action. A call-to-action is another way of saying theres a specific step you want your customer to take.
In the final section, you can urge them to contact you to work out the details of the project, remind them of the benefits of doing the project, and maybe make one last argument for you or your organization as the right choice for the project.
State your conclusion Like the executive summary, the conclusion should briefly summarize the problem your project addresses and your solution for solving that problem. You can emphasize the impact of your project in the conclusion but keep this section relevant, just like you would in a traditional essay.
The conclusion should summarize the key points of the proposal and emphasize the benefits of the proposed venture. It should also provide a call to action, encouraging the client to take the next steps in the process. Before submitting the proposal, it is essential to edit and review the document thoroughly.
