welcome everyone youre probably having that really frustrating experience where youre trying to delete a photo from your Google business profile and it doesnt have the trash can on it and you dont have a way to delete it so its super frustrating today Im going to show you what to do about that um so basically the reason that you cant uh do that is because that photo is uploaded by a customer so you can see if I click on my Google business profile and go in here I have the trash can icon to delete a lot of my Google photos but you can see here that the one it defaults to is the ones that Ive uploaded myself of my company as the owner so if I go over here to this inside view and then I look at these you can actually see this was uploaded by a customer right and this is not a very good image of my business right they uploaded that for some reason maybe it was an accident but um its not great so I obviously would like to probably delete that like a blurry image or something like t
