Anonymizing a Word document In the tabs at the top of the document window (Home, Insert, etc.), click Review - Protect - Protect Document. Check the box for: Remove personal information from this file on save Save the document.
Heres how: Go to File Explorer. Select one or more files in Windows Explorer. Right-click select Properties from the contextual menu. Go to the Details tab click Remove Properties and Personal Information to open the Remove Properties dialog.
In the upper left corner, press Start and select Send message. Click Browse Recipients. Select whether to send a message to a parent, student, or teacher . In our example, we selected a student.
Go to Setting on your iphone Select your ASC (asc.usc.edu) account Note: name of account will vary depending on what you named it. Click on Delete Account located in red at the bottom of the screen. You will be prompt with pop up informing you that deleting the account will remove data.
How to Remove Identifying Information Go to File Select Info Click on Check for issues Click on Inspect document In the Document Inspector dialog box, select the check boxes to choose the types of hidden content that you want to be inspected. Click Remove All Click Close Save the document.
Open the Microsoft Word file and click Tools. Click Options. Click the Security tab. Select Remove any personal information from file properties on save.(MACS) MICROSOFT WORD: Go to the Review tab. Click the Protect Document tool. Click Remove personal information from this file on save.
In the Notifications tab, select Posts by me. Press Delete below the message.
Click Inspect Document. Click Inspect. The Document Inspector will scan your file for personal information. Click Remove All if Document Inspector finds personal information in your file. Now click Close then save your document.
Use the Document Inspector to Remove Hidden Data To open the Document Inspector, click File Info Check for Issues Inspect Document. The Excel Document Inspection window shown below opens up. Click Inspect to identify hidden content, and then click Remove All to remove the item of your choice.
To deactivate the EduPage account, highlight the teacher and click on the account. In the newly opened tab, click on Delete account.
