This can be done from the payment details page itself by clicking on the trash can icon. A friendly reminder that the ability to delete a payment is only available to non-Jane Payments payment methods, and may only be accessible to staff members with certain permissions.
If youre interested in deleting an invoice that was created for a product sale, you can pop on over to the Billing tab on your patients profile and click on the downward arrow to the far right on the product sale line. Youll be able to see Delete Purchase listed as one of the options in this dropdown.
Reverse the Purchase Head to the Patient Tab, find the patient, and then proceed to the Billing tab. On the Purchase tab find the inventory sale and then click the drop-down menu beside the View. Click the Refund Purchase button to let Jane know the product is being refunded.

Revoking payment account access Enter the build mode for any form connected to your payment account and click on the Payment field or select Payment Settings from the green footer. Click the name of your connected payment account to make changes. Select Remove and confirm that you wish to remove the payment account.
Once the payment has been unapplied, a button will appear in the top-left of the screen, allowing you to Refund the credit. If you decide not to issue a refund, this credit can then be used for a future purchase.
