Remember that no one at Texas Tech or from anywhere else should ever ask for your password. Start by searching for Credential Manager in the search bar. Once it pops up, go ahead and click on it. The Credential Manager window will appear. Credential Manager has two places where your passwords could be stored. Web Credentials, which is where Internet Explorer saves passwords you choose to remember for websites, and Windows Credentials, which is where all other passwords would be saved, such as Outlook.
