Click the Time Off tab. If your company has multiple time off policies, click on the policy you wish to cancel a request from. Next to your pending time off request, click View. Click Delete Request.
On the Workday homepage, click on the Time Off icon. Under Request, select Time Off. The Request Time Off page appears. You will see the current month calendar.
In the All About Me screen click on Time Off. Complete the Date, Type (vacation, sick, personal, etc.) and Requested (number of hours normally 7.5 for full day). Then click the green Submit button at the bottom.
Full-time hourly employees: You accrue up to 20 days of PTO per year at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period. You wont accrue PTO during any unpaid portions of a leave of absence. Part-time hourly employees: PTO accrual is prorated ing to your preset full-time equivalent (FTE) work hours.
To receive a PTO cash out, you must submit your request through Workday. You do not need to obtain any approvals simply submit the Cash-Out request.
Time off requests that are pending approval can also be cancelled by the employee.Change / Delete Time Off Request Click the magnify glass icon. of the employee name and choose the Time Off tab. Click the checkmark box next to the entries you want to delete. Click the Delete Selected button. Choose Yes to confirm.
Android device: you can delete the request by long pressing on it then press the delete button. iOS device: you can delete by swiping the request to be deleted then press the delete button. Web Dashboard: press the delete button next to the required leave request.
Modify Time Off 1) From your Workday homepage, click on the Time Off and Leave worklet. 2) Click on the button labelled Correct My Time Off. 3) Navigate to the existing time off request that you want to delete or correct. Click on the request.
