Welcome to Office Mystic. In this video we will delete all section breaks at once. Open the Find and Replace window by holding down Ctrl-H on your keyboard. Pull down the Special menu near the bottom of the window and select Section Break. Leave the Replace with field empty. Click on the Replace button, which will replace the section break with nothing. Click on Replace All to remove all the section breaks at once. You can see that all the section breaks are gone, including continuous section breaks. Log into the Office 365 ECP, , with an account that has departmental admin privileges. Click on Recipients and search for your user. Open the properties of your user. Click on the Mailbox Features tab on the left. Select the Retention Policy drop down.
Remove an In-Place Hold Go to Compliance management In-Place eDiscovery Hold. In the list view, select the In-Place Hold you want to remove, and then click Edit .
To change the retention policy for a particular folder, click Settings (gear icon on top-right) and click View all Outlook settings. Click on Mail Retention Policies. Select the retention policy from the list you want to disable and click the minus icon () to remove and disable the particular retention policy.
Deleting an agreement Navigate to the Documents tab. Select the filter in the left rail that contains the agreement to be deleted. Select the individual agreement you want to delete to open the Actions list in the right rail. Select Delete from the Actions list.
Canceling an agreement stops the transaction in its current state. The transaction cannot be completed and is moved to the Canceled category on the Manage page. Note: Canceled is a terminal status, and cannot be reversed.
To find the policies for retention that are assigned to specific users, sites, and Microsoft 365 groups, use Policy lookup from the Data lifecycle management or Records management solutions in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal.
What happens to the content on the site once the Retention policy is disabled/deleted? Assuming there are no other Retention policies in effect, the content on the site, including the PHL will remain and the PHL will no longer be updated for a 30-day grace period.
