Once the survey is active and published, its editing is still possible, but you must be very careful in doing so. If you want to correct a typo or change the text in a question or a possible response, you can do so without consequences. The data remains unchanged.
If you wish to remove the survey completely from public view and stop receiving responses from participants, use the Unpublish option. This will bring the survey back to Draft status and all the responses will be available in the reporting section.
Click the Survey Options button. Make sure you are on the Survey tab (underlined blue above). Check off Anonymize Response Do NOT record any personal information and remove panel association (not recommended) in the Survey Termination section of the popup. Click Save Changes when you are finished.
At the end of the survey, you could simply say, Thank you. Or you could personalize your text by telling respondents who sent them the survey and how they can get in touch for more information. Since your respondents spent their time giving you valuable information, you need to make sure they feel appreciated.
Click the Dropdown icon for the survey you want to modify and click View Survey. 4. Click the Unpublish button.
Confidential employee surveys provide employees with some privacy. But certain employee identifiers are associated with the response, so theyre not totally anonymous. While these identifiers are visible to a certain group of people, only a few people in the organization have access to this information.
When in survey view, go to Survey Options. Scroll down to Survey Termination and check off Anonymize response. This will prevent Qualtrics from collecting any identifiable information including contact information, IP addresses, etc.
Often, Qualtrics will allow you to undo a change if you hit Ctrl + z (PC) or Cmd + z (Mac) on your keyboard. However, not all changes are undoable. You can also save Revisions of your survey.
