Solution In Design view, right-click the object and select Format.<…>. For example: Format Subreport, Format Text Object, Format Graphic. In the Format Editor dialog box, click the Common tab. Unselect the Keep Object Together check box. Upon previewing the report, the blank page in the Report Header will be removed.
This is caused by slight differences in paper margins reported by Win2PDF compared to the paper printer. You can remove the extra blank page by modifying the layout of the report. Open the Access database in design view and select the properties for the report and change the report width.

To open Page Layout option in Crystal Report, go to File → Page Setup. This option allows you to choose page options like: Paper size, paper width, paper height, and margins (left, right, top and bottom). Select the Page Setup tab in File Menu.
First, click anywhere in an empty area of the report body. It's not possible to reduce the report body width when there are report objects already in the space you want to remove. You must first reposition or resize them before reducing the width.
We need to click on Tablix Detail Row and then go to Row Visibility and then write below expressions. This expression is going to check if Region is blank, and if yes, then it will make the row invisible.

Solution : The default Interactive size is set to 11 inches and whatever records can fit into it that is what SSRS display to us. Let's change the Height to 0 Under InteractiveSize Property under Report properties and deploy our report and see if it is showing all records on one page.
