Hide and reorder Canvas Course Navigation links On your Dashboard, click on the name of your course. Click on Settings. Click on the Navigation tab toward the top. To hide a link from students, click and drag the link from the top list to the bottom list.
EX = Excused Assignment that will not count toward or against a students grade, and is not on the To-Do list.
Global Navigation Menu Click on the link to access that area of Canvas. The left facing arrow at the bottom of the Global Navigation Menu will collapse or expand the Global Navigation Menu in the left margin. Click this left facing arrow if you do not see the Global Navigation Menu.
