Delete meeting (required/optional/resource) attendees Step 1: In the Meeting window, click the Address Book button in the Attendees group under the Meeting tab. Step 2: Select the special or all email addresses in the Required - box, Optional - box, or Resource - box, and delete them. Step 3: Click OK button.
Removing Teams Meetings from Outlook Web Invites On your computer, sign in to outlook.office.com/mail/. Navigate to the Calendar panel. Create a new event and add one or more invitees. To disable the Teams meeting for this event, toggle the Teams meeting switch to the off position.
Right click on the name of the person whose attendance you wish to manage. Click Attendance Optional. Once a attendant is marked as optional, you may right click on their name again and click Make Required to change their attendance back. Click OK.
Remove an attendee from an ongoing online meeting in Skype or Teams In the meeting window, click the Participants icon to see all of the attendees. Right-click the name of the person you want to remove. In the drop-down menu, choose Remove. The attendee is removed from the meeting.
Change meeting options In Teams, go to Calendar , select a meeting, and then Meeting options. In a meeting invitation, select Meeting options. During a meeting, select More actions at the top of the meeting window, and then Meeting options.
Remove people during a video meeting At the bottom right, click Show everyone . Next to the participant you want to remove, click More actions . Select Remove from the call. On the box that opens, select one or more of the following options:
