We have one item on the agenda this morning, the federal register notice removing the safety standard for magnets sets from the Code of Federal Regulations. Before we begin the hearing this morning, I just want to take a moment here to acknowledge, obviously, the change in seating. And I want to first of all express really how proud I am and honored I am to be the acting chair here at the Consumer Product Safety Commission. But I also want to take this opportunity to publicly thank, as I have been doing since I took over, the service of Elliot Kaye as our chairman. So I want to just take a moment here to recognize all of his service and what he has done for the Consumer Product Safety Commission, both as chair and his former capacities before that as chief of staff as well as executive director, and now as a commissioner.
