when running a search not all of your clients criteria may be on the search screen you can add any additional fields a client is specified if it is searchable on the search screen you can add additional fields using the additional fields link below the result button click the add link or if you already have additional fields on your criteria page the link will read add remove in the left column you can select which criteria you would like to add you can select multiple fields by holding the ctrl button on your keyboard and clicking each field once your selections are made click the Add button in the middle if you know the name of the field you would like to add you can also type in the search box and the list will narrow as you type click and highlight then click the Add button you can also remove fields you no longer need if you would like to change the order of each field on the criteria page highlight the criteria youd like to move then click either the move up or move down buttons
