hello everyone in this video we are going to see how to adjust or edit or remove fields that are displayed while adding contact roles for example if i go to an opportunity and then in the related list i have contact roles here i can click add contact roles so that i can add the contacts to it here it displays some set of fields if we get a requirement to remove some of these fields or add some additional fields or rearrange it we can do it via search layout on the contact object lets see how to do that so as of now if i go to add contact roles i see multiple fields i am going to remove this level field and phone field and as as well as this account field account rating field lets see how to do that we have to go to object manager search for contact object and we have to go to search layouts now the search layout is for lightning and not for classic so make sure we select search layouts here for most for all the profiles it is using default layout so lets find out the layout so this
