If you already have the project loaded in an Overleaf editor, you can hover your mouse over the title bar, then click on the pencil icon that appears, to rename it. Only the project's owner can change its name.
How can I remove it? \pagestyle{plain} will remove all headers and put the page number at the bottom of each page. \pagestyle{empty} will remove the page number too (except for the first page of a chapter).
In LaTeX, unnumbered sections, subsections, and so forth can be produced by adding an asterisk to the sectioning command, as in this example.
Standard LaTeX accomplishes this with a two-stage approach. In the header and footer definition, you use the commands \rightmark and \leftmark to represent the current section and chapter heading, respectively. The values of these two commands are overwritten whenever a chapter or section command is processed.
You can use \renewcommand{\chaptername}{name_you_want} if you put it into the document body. From this point of document to the end or other redefinition, "name_you_want" will be used to customize your chapter names.
I was able to delete the first blank page by deleting the command \maketitle.
Highlight the text. Go to 'References' Click on the 'Add Text' pull-down menu. Check Do Not Show in Table of Contents.

If you'd prefer your sections, subsection, and so forth to be displayed without numbers on the left side of the title, you simply add a * symbol to the command. (Note that section headings created this way will not be listed in the table of contents \tableofcontents.)
Just use \pagestyle{empty} and type the text.
