To add a form to a candidate profile, click the ellipses button (⋯) at the top of the profile and click Add Form. If a candidate has multiple opportunities, make sure to select the opportunity to which the form pertains before adding the form.
Include the goal of the interview (i.e. to assess technical ability or culture fit), any necessary instructions, specific questions the interviewer should ask, and which qualifications the interviewer should be looking for. This ensures all leads have the same experience and are evaluated on the same criteria.
How to write an interview report Combine interview preparation with writing preparation. Gather all the relevant information about the interviewee and the occasion for the interview. Consider your audience and tone. Decide on a style. Use the report template as a guide. Complete the report. Proofread.
After saving your interview plan, you can always edit it at a later date by visiting the posting editor. Simply navigate to the Jobs section in Lever, locate the posting that you would like to update, and click Interview Plan at the top of the posting editor.
If you need to edit an existing feedback form, simply click back in to open the editor. You can group similar feedback forms together into feedback form groups. New groups can be created using the New Group button at the top of the Feedback settings page.
