you know I really hate this a lot of you people dont know how to use either the plates or the plate rack or the bar in the gym okay watch this I have to use both of my hands to get this plate off since its on the rack backwards now look these plates are designed with a lip that lip is designed to be grabbed with four fingers not one thumb two hands two thumbs is not nearly as good as two hands eight fingers when you take the plate off of the rack if its faced correctly and the plate rack is designed with a one inch pin so that theres enough slop to where you can manipulate the plate with one hand getting it off of the rack it looks like this then I catch it say I flipped it up thats a hand skill Ive learned over the years notice that Im handling the plate with eight fingers its very secure I put it on the bar the whole process is secure its protected by eight fingers instead of two thumbs now when I want to take this off I have eight fingers I can slide the thing off I dont r
