And although its generally available, there are still many features rolling out, but thats a typical web product where over time, more and more value will be landing. First off, what is Microsoft Lists and what makes it unique? Well, just like the name implies, Microsoft Lists allows you to create lists to organize information. With those lists, you can share it with others and you can collaborate with others on those lists. Now, so far, that sounds like everything that you could do in a spreadsheet with a list. Whats unique about Microsoft Lists? Well, a few things. First off, you can visualize your data in many different ways. Once you get your data into a list, you could view it in a standard grid format, just like in Microsoft Excel. You could also view it in a card form

- To close an active survey, click Close on the dropdown menu. This does not delete the survey, it only closes it to new responses. - To re-open a closed survey, click Activate on the dropdown menu. - To delete a survey project, click Delete Project on the dropdown menu.
The start and end dates can be changed by clicking on the calendar and then using the two dropdown menus to specify the exact time the survey opens and closes. When the specified start/end times are set, the Save changes button must be selected for the changes to be saved.
Deleting Individual Responses Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey. Click the Individual Responses tab toward the top of the page. Use the left and right arrows to locate the response you want to delete. Click the Delete button in the upper-right corner of the response.
Click the Survey Options button. Make sure you are on the Survey tab (underlined blue above). Check off Anonymize Response Do NOT record any personal information and remove panel association (not recommended) in the Survey Termination section of the popup. Click Save Changes when you are finished.
- On the My Surveys page, click the green check box on the left side of the survey name. - If you want to allow those with partial responses more time to complete the survey, then un-check the Close all active survey sessions option. - Type the word close in the box provided, and click Deactivate Survey.
You can upload the participant list again with email column or your unique identifier and a new column with the heading remove (it is case sensitive) and input value as 1 to all the participants you want to remove.
How Should You End A Survey? A survey should never finish on an open-ended question. You should take the time to thank your audience for taking the time to answer your questions. A good idea is to remind them of the purpose of the survey and how it will benefit them in the long term.
Terminate a survey if respondent does not consent in Qualtrics To terminate a survey, click on the consent question. Then click Skip Logic in the left menu. Change the conditions so that if No is selected (participant does not consent), the survey will be terminated. Then click Confirm on the far right. Previous Article.
