You can: pay the full amount of rent that is overdue, move out voluntarily, make a rent payment plan or moving plan in agreement with the landlord, temporarily stop the eviction by filing for bankruptcy, wait for the sheriffs deputy to show up to your doorstep, or try to fight the eviction in court.
After the Writ of Execution has been served to the tenants, they will be given a grace period of 5 days to vacate the property. The sheriff will execute the eviction and forcibly remove them if they remain in the property after the grace period given to them.
How Long Does an Eviction Take? If you file an Answer to the Summons and Complaint, it will take at least 4-6 weeks even if you lose your case before the Sheriff evicts you. Sometimes it can take much longer, especially if you have a good case or if you aggressively defend your eviction on legal and procedural grounds.

Notices to Terminate the Tenancy To end a month-to-month tenancy during the first year of the tenancy, you must give your tenant a 30-day written notice, unless the rental unit is in the city of Portland, where 90 days notice and payment of relocation costs is required for no-cause terminations.
If the tenant does not pay the rent within 3 days of receiving the 3-day period, he or she must still move out in 30 days. If the tenant does not move out after the 30 days, then the landlord has to file an unlawful detainer case.
Delete the organization On a tenants Overview page, select Manage tenants. Select the checkbox for the tenant that you want to delete, and then select Delete. If your organization doesnt pass one or more checks, youll get a link to more information on how to pass.
Your landlord must give you a written eviction notice before he or she can start a legal action to evict you, unless you have a written lease and the lease says what kind of an eviction notice, if any, the landlord must give you.
