very often in words a lot of people insert a lot of empty line to separate the paragraphs or also the title of each sections its not the good technique its better to work with style but whatever now when you are faced to a document where you have a lot of empty lines or do you remove all of them well there is a trick and in only one action i show you but before to show you the trick i really want to have a look at this video where i have explained how to remove all the duplicate spaces why its because the technique here will be more or less the same instead of searching for a space we are going to search for paragraph mark and to write the code for the paragraph mark its tricky so what is a technique to remove all these empty lines inward well im going to reuse exactly the same technique to remove duplicate spaces with the tool replace and here again i go to more and i click on use wildcard so the trick here is to write between brackets the value 2 comma this writing means im goi
