Hello, this is Cristi. Today, I want to show you a cool trick in Microsoft Word on cleaning up your text that you bring from external sources and its broken down into weird lines and paragraphs, and it doesnt keep sentences together. So this is typically happening when you bring texts in from for example, audio transcripts or YouTube or video transcripts. Let me show you an example here. This text is in Notepad and it is a transcript of a video. And, you know, when you save that as a text from like a YouTube or some other transcription tool, it could be like this with line breaks where they shouldnt be line breaks because thats when the timestamp tells the video that its a new phrase, so then the transcription software breaks it down like this into different paragraphs. But actually if you look at this, this is actually a single sentence. So it should be really up here instead of down there like that. So when you want to take this text, maybe to create

We joyfully invite you to join us for the christening of our beloved child, in the eyes of God. Join us on this day as we welcome him with a blessing from (minister name). Your invitation should be unique to you so when it comes to getting the words right, dont worry about what others might think.
Obviously, you will need to have the childs name featuring prominently on the invitation. You would then include the venue, the date and time. Its also nice to include a Bible verse, greeting or poem. Some people like to include the names of the godparents and parents and it is entirely up to you.
In general, the parents, siblings, godparents, and grandparents of the baby are invited to attend. You can also extend the invitation to other family members and friends. If the church is small, plan a reception after the ceremony where you can invite more guests to honor the special moment.
Here are some examples of invitation wording to get you thinking more creatively. We request the honor of your presence We request the pleasure of your company Together with our parents, we invite you We ask you to be present with us at the ceremony uniting We invite you to share with us a celebration of love
How to decline an invite politely Reply promptly. The faster you reply, the better. Thank the host. Explain why you will not be attending. Keep it short and to the point. Honesty is the best policy. Offer to send a representative. Suggest another time when you can attend. Send a card or gift.
Here are a few things you should include on your baptism invitation: Full name of the child being baptized. Names of the parents, godparents, and grandparents of the child. Names of the hosts of the baptism if its not the parents. Date and time of the baptism. The location of the baptism.
Oftentimes for Baptisms, the header will be an appropriate/meaningful bible verse. Then the standard text includes the parents names, babys first and middle name, event date, time and location of the ceremony.
