Lets say you want to create a single Full Name column by combining two other columns, First Name and Last Name. To combine first and last names, use the CONCATENATE function or the ampersand () operator.
Delete one or more names On the Formulas tab, in the Defined Names group, click Name Manager. In the Name Manager dialog box, click the name that you want to change. Select one or more names by doing one of the following: To select a name, click it. Click Delete. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
On the plugin settings page, you can specify the fields to be removed. For this example, we will remove the last name field. Click the checkbox next to the billing last name field and click the Remove button. Then click the Save changes button.
