what I want to show you here is how you can hide empty records and the corresponding labels so for example my phone list Bob Appleman he doesnt have an extension his records empty and so instead of wasting ink and printing off ext when he doesnt have an extension I want to be able to well I cant delete it because if I do that then everybody else who does have an extension they wont have the label here so I want to hide it when they dont have an extension and also hide the record and what I mean by that is that if I hide the extension here for Bob Appleman because he has an empty record well Ill still have this white gap here from Bob to the line below and I want to essentially hide that that behind-the-scenes text box that would have displayed something if he did have a record or collapse it so we can bring Bob Appleman down to the line and you know condense the report because if I had hundreds to thousands of them that didnt have an extension well that will take up more pages

To remove a sensitivity label that has already been applied to an email, select Edit Sensitivity and then select Remove.
Click the File tab in the Ribbon. In the left navigation menu, click Options at the bottom. In the Options window, click Trust Center in the left navigation menu. Select the security level for that application.
In Jira Settings, you can edit the names of the previously created labels and delete the labels if you dont need them anymore.Delete a label Locate the label you want to delete. Click Delete. Confirm the removal of the label.
Removing a Sensitivity Label Open the document. Across the top of the document a banner will appear similar to the following: Click Change Permission. De-select Restrict permission to this document.
Click File Options Mail. Under Send messages, select Normal, Personal, Private, or Confidential in the Default Sensitivity level list.
In File Explorer, select your file, multiple files, or a folder. Right-click, and select Classify and protect. To remove a label: In the Classify and protect - Azure Information Protection dialog box, click Delete Label. If the label was configured to apply protection, that protection is automatically removed.
Removing a Sensitivity Label Open the document. Across the top of the document a banner will appear similar to the following: Click Change Permission. De-select Restrict permission to this document.
Using Office apps to remove labels and protection from documents and emails. From the Home tab, select the Sensitivity button on the ribbon, and clear the currently selected label.
