Hi There. This is Michael from MSA with some more nonprofit quick tips. Today were going to talk about how to write an effective press release. The first thing you need to do is think of an attention-grabbing headline and format it in bold, capitalizing the first letter and any proper nouns. Start off your first paragraph with the city youre in, the date, and some sort of attention-grabbing first line, also known as the grabber. The release should be written as youd like to see it appear in print. Make the journalists job as easy as possible, providing clearly the who, what, when, where, why, and how. Theyre very busy. Theyll appreciate it. If theres a quote you can use, include it in the press release. This is a great way to add a personal touch and make the story come to life. At the end of your release, its a good idea to include an about section introducing your organization and your work, so the journalist can get a better idea of who you are. Be sure to include your

Begin by blotting the stain with a dry towel, working your way from the outside of the stain to the inside. Next, dampen a cotton towel with rubbing alcohol and continue to blot the area until the ink is lifted. If this fails to remove the strain, try using hydrogen peroxide on a cotton towel.
But did you know that the power of Dawn can also be used as a pretreatment for laundry stains, including oil, ink, grass, and practically anything else in between? You can trust Dawn to clean your greasiest, dirtiest disheswhich is the same reason it works so well to pretreat dirty or grease-stained clothes.
Vinegar is a natural stain remover that can serve as a gentler alternative to harsh chemicals for treating your favorite sweaters, cardigans or slacks. To remove ink with vinegar, try soaking the stained area in a mixture of vinegar and water before thoroughly rinsing and washing the item as usual.
The fresher the ink, the easier it is to remove. Method 1: Dab the Ink with a Cotton Ball. Method 2: Scrape off the Ink using a Sandpaper or Razor Blade. Method 3: Use a White Paper Correction Liquid.
Also, isopropyl alcohol will remove newspaper ink as well as ball point pen marks. G. Davidson of Oklahoma City agrees with using Comet, and says if it doesnt clean it satisfactorily to rinse it and follow with a liquid cleaner that includes ammonia.
Things You Should Know. Use a Q-Tip soaked in a solvent like brake fluid, acetone, or rubbing alcohol to lift ink out of the page. If chemicals dont work, try carefully rubbing the ink off with an eraser, razor blade, or even a fine-grit sander.
Apply rubbing alcohol, hairspray, or hand sanitizer to dilute the stain, making it easier to remove during the wash. These solvents help tackle most types of ink stains, but remember to test the stained garment for colorfastness first, as they can also attack fabric dyes and cause further damage.
How do you remove ink after it has dried? Put down a towel you dont mind getting stained, and place the stained garment on top of it. Treat the stain with rubbing alcohol or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or hair spray and let sit for at least 10 minutes before blotting and rinsing with cold water.
Pour a small amount of acetone into the bowl. Dip the brush into the acetone and thoroughly saturate the area you want to remove the printing. I suggest doing a small section at a time as the acetone evaporates quickly.
Dab a cloth in rubbing alcohol and gently blot the stained part, removing as much of the ink stain as you can. Rinse the stained area free of the alcohol. Launder as usual on the hottest water setting indicated on the garments care label.
