okay the following procedure is the weight how to get into service MIMO which allow you to connect to your PC to clear the counter for this printer this is three black tape on three different button is a trash button and paper down button and the menu button you need to hold on those three button with your finger while youre holding down press the power button and thats just the Machine reacted then youre like oh your finger the green light were blinking for approximately one minute up to two minutes and after the green light on the power button becomes steady and you should be able to communicate with wizard software to get into the diagnostic procedure and its about 1 minute to 2 minutes
