hi Cindy so now that Ive shown you how to add multiple spots for initials you want to assign all of those spots to people to sign for example all to a buyer all to a seller and theres a lot of spots on our contract to do that so what I want to do is show you how to do it quickly Im going to share my screen and Here I am back in my test this is the same test I did on the last one so Ive added all these initials right here and all these signatures so what Im going to do is Im going to hold my shift key down when I click on each one and see they kind of turn blue its hard to see I have not assigned them so theyre all blue now if I go up here and I assign them to Kevin Peters theyre all Kevin if I hold down the shift key and do it for each one of these I can assign them to Sally its a great way to go ahead and add all the initials up front and then come back and add all the signatures and make sure you save because itll ask you to before you leave anyway but I hope that makes it
