foreign so here we have the actual image and on top of that we have our subject masked out now if you wanted to move around the subject you definitely wouldnt want it in the background right so how do we take that away with the help of content aware film so lets turn off the subject layer select the background layer and lets make a selection around the subject leaving a little space I already have a selection so were gonna go to select load selection subject hit ok now fill it by going to edit content aware fill now we cannot expect Photoshop to do a fantastic job here because the way Photoshop does it is by sampling surrounding areas or in other words copying surrounding areas and pasting it in the areas that we want to film have a look at the train tracks They are in perspective right so its very hard for Photoshop to just generate or create those areas because it doesnt create them it just copy pastes also have a look at the slabs between these tracks they have very less gap b

A: The HIPAA Privacy Rule considers full-face photographs to be PHI, since they identify individuals. Social media does not fall under the umbrella of healthcare operations which permit PHI sharing. You should obtain written permission from patients before posting pictures of them on your social media sites.
The publication of individual patient images or data should be allowed only if the consent process has been conducted properly. This usually means that patients have provided written consent for publication. This consent should normally be separate from any consent for treatment or for participation in research.
Taking pictures of patients without consent is unacceptable. This includes patient images or other individually identifiable health information that may be in the background of a photo. Similar to HIPAA photo violations, organizations can also be penalized for video violations.
Photos and videos taken by patients and visitors are not subject to the HIPAA photography rules because the images are not being created, received, transmitted, or stored by a Covered Entity and therefore HIPAA does not apply.
