Uh, number one is the experience is absolutely everything and that goes for primarily the wedding day experience, but also the experience leading up to that from first contact to giving them the information that they need for engagement sessions. And so if they dont have any too many unanswered questions and also how to prepare a proper timeline that actually works well for you as a photographer going into the wedding day. The more fears and stress that you can alleviate from them and make it simple, direct and linear process, the better that they are going to feel about you.
