i like to do a monthly pantry inventory where i will see if theres anything that i need to can again and double check the foods that i have already canned just for safety so some of the things i will do is shine a flashlight into the jars just to make sure theres no mode growing on the inside i will also lift up every single jar and check the seals i like to take this time to put anything that is not where its supposed to be back in its place i will also check the expiration dates on the store-bought items and move anything that is going to expire soon to the front i have a three ring binder where i will print off some canning recipes and i also have in there a inventory sheet of everything that i have canned before in the past some things have been crossed out where im like im never canning that again but the things that i like to keep on the shelves i just like in the grocery stores they have a certain amount that they need to meet a certain quantity so i like to make sure that
