The start and end dates can be changed by clicking on the calendar and then using the two dropdown menus to specify the exact time the survey opens and closes. When the specified start/end times are set, the Save changes button must be selected for the changes to be saved.
You can use the status dropdown menu to Unpublish or Archive your survey. This dropdown menu also lets you Unarchive an archived survey if you need to. Use the Delete button to remove your survey completely; there is no way to recover an accidentally deleted survey.
At the end of the survey report, give the reader an overview of the information. Include takeaways that you can use to make improvements. Integrate company branding.
To permanently delete surveys Submit a Request to Permanently Delete your survey(s). Delete the Survey Project within your Qualtrics account as described in Data Deletion Survey Platform. Administrators can only permanently delete surveys that are already in your accounts Trash.

Im finished collecting responses on my Qualtrics survey. How do I shut it off, so no one else can respond? Go into your survey, and click on Distributions. Click on Pause response collection.
- To close an active survey, click Close on the dropdown menu. This does not delete the survey, it only closes it to new responses. - To re-open a closed survey, click Activate on the dropdown menu. - To delete a survey project, click Delete Project on the dropdown menu.
