Select the cell to which the arrow is pointing. On the Formulas tab, click Remove All Arrows in Formula Auditing group, and then click Remove Precedent Arrows.
Delete a formula Select the cell or range of cells that contain the formula. Press Delete.
Press Crtl + H on your keyboard. Alternatively, go to the Editing group under the Home tab, click Find Select and click Replace. In the Find and Replace dialog box, type the character or text you want to remove in the Find what field. Leave the Replace with field blank.
To remove all conditional formatting from the entire worksheet,click the Conditional Formatting button on the HOME tab, point to Clear Rules, and click Clear Rules from Entire Sheet.
If you click a cell and then press DELETE or BACKSPACE, you clear the cell contents without removing any cell formats or cell comments. If you clear a cell by using Clear All or Clear Contents, the cell no longer contains a value, and a formula that refers to that cell receives a value of 0 (zero).
To do this, simply select the cells you want to clear, then press the Ctrl + Shift + Del keys on your keyboard. This shortcut will instantly clear the contents of the selected cells. If you want to clear the formatting of cells, but keep the contents, you can use the Clear Formats shortcut.

Now, you will see that the cells dont have formulas anymore. It has been replaced by values. Lastly, you can even use keyboard shortcuts to convert formulas to value.
