this MJ and you can see here I have some text and its looking very bad in the format and it happened when you copied some text or data from Internet tour and making some your assignment or whatever document so if you go to one by one each take lot of time and you can not edit to each and every you can see here so this is very easy when you copy the some text or data from internet it will take a some background on a line some blades so we need to remove this all formatting just by clicking one key so you select the all text matter just press ctrl a ctrl a to select the alt text and not tap on here you can see click on home page and in the home page you can see here is style and just extend this and styles and here you can see the clear formatting just click on that just click on clear formatting ok its gone look at now but the background color is still there so we need to select all once again and after this select all and after that you can see here in the found just click on this i
