Set a policy to hide or post grades for one assignment. Mouse over the name of the assignment and click on the three vertical dots that appear. Click Grade Posting Policy at the bottom of the menu. Select whether you want grades posted or hidden by default and click save.

Hiding the Grade Distribution Graph from students Navigate to the course and click the Settings menu. Click more options at the bottom of the settings page. Under the expanded options, place a check next to Hide grade distribution graphs from students.
Open the SpeedGrader for the assignment. Click the eye icon in the upper left corner. Select the Hide Grades option.
