hi this is alex from ap commerce in this video i will show you how to personalize your screen adding and removing fields so the first thing we want to do is go to the page where we want to add or remove some fields in this case i want to add serial number to the item ledger to do that im going to go to a particular item and go to the item ledger i will add the serial number onto the page to do this im going to click on this gear box on the upper right corner click on personalize click on this add field from here i can search on the field i want to add and drag it over to where i want to add my information if there are some fields that you dont want to see and you want to hide them you could simply hover over the field and click on this red arrow and hide when youre done with your customization you could click on done and thats it

Standard fields are default fields built-in to Salesforce. They can not be deleted. On the other hand, several aspects of standard fields can be customized as follows: Edit, delete, or add values in picklist fields and set a default value.
Deleting an agreement Navigate to the Documents tab. Select the filter in the left rail that contains the agreement to be deleted. Select the individual agreement you want to delete to open the Actions list in the right rail. Select Delete from the Actions list.
View agreements and templates To view all your agreements and templates, click Documents All agreements. You can further filter your agreements by status, such as In Progress, Waiting For You, Completed, Templates, and more.
Select the agreement you want to modify. Click Modify Agreement to open a Send page in limited editing mode. You cannot make changes in the Recipients or Message sections. On the Send page, you can add, delete, replace (delete then add), and reorder documents.
Canceling an agreement stops the transaction in its current state. The transaction cannot be completed and is moved to the Canceled category on the Manage page. Note: Canceled is a terminal status, and cannot be reversed.
From the management settings for the fields object, go to Fields. Click Del next to the name of the field. When prompted, select the Yes, I want to delete the custom field checkbox to confirm, and click Delete.
Select the agreement you want to cancel, and click the Cancel link in the right rail. Provide a reason for canceling the agreement if desired. Optionally notify the participants of the agreement. All of them. Click Cancel Agreement.
To delete a Contract, click Del next to the Contract on the Contracts list page. A Contract can also be deleted by clicking Delete on the Contract detail page. Note: When deleting a Contract, all related Notes, Attachments, Events and Tasks, History, and Approval Requests are deleted.
