now in this example we have a default form that was built for us automatically and with the default forms youve got the standard fields that are in your list already showing now to move fields its very simple to just click on the field that youre interested in and just drag it to the place that you want it to be super super easy just take that there now to delete a field if you dont want the field to show in your form for instance these attachments here we dont need for this form Ill just go ahead and click the X and those are gone now some fields that are in your list do not appear by default in the automatically built form modified by version things like that if you want them to be in the form you can just take them from the list column area and drag them and drop them onto the form where you want them to be now I notice this is not an active field because this is information that is supplied by SharePoint but you do have the option of having it there if you want it

If its missing , you can add it back in. Step 1: Right Click on the Column Header, choose Field Chooser. Step 2: Scroll Down to User-defined field in inbox. Step 3: Add ND Back. If that doesnt work, I would try resting your view in Outlook.
To restore a column in these views, you need to add the column or field back to the views. On the View menu, point to Current View, and then click Customize Current View. Click Fields. In the Available fields list, click the field that you want to add. Click Add.
To remove a column, in the Show these columns in this order list, click a column name, and then click Remove. Click OK to save your changes and apply your new view.
Open View Settings, Other Settings and uncheck Automatic column resizing. When Automatic column resizing is checked, Outlook wont use a scroll bar at the bottom of the window and will adjust the columns widths to fit the window size.
Why is the From button is missing? If you see the Send button, but dont see the From button, the typical cause is that your Outlook profile contains only one email account. To view the From button, youll need to add another email account. If you have multiple email accounts, you can add the From button manually.
In the Outlook version you have, to move the sidebar to the bottom, you need to: Right click on the top ribbon. Select Customize the Ribbon Select Quick Access Toolbar Select More Commands Select All Commands Select Switch between horizontal and vertical navigation Click Add Click OK
Open an existing email by double clicking; Click the View menu under Menus tab, and you will view the Message Header item in the drop down list.
Click the Outlook icon on the left side, to open the Outlook Web App. In OWA click the settings icon in the upper right corner and choose View all Outlook settings. Now click on Compose and reply, scroll down to Message format, tick the box in front of Always show from and close the window.
By default, the subject field in Microsoft Outlook is automatically enabled; however, in some cases, it will disappear if the inbox layout doesnt display all columns or if its disabled. The subject field provides a heading for incoming or outgoing messages and usually appears at the top of your messages.
In Outlook, open a new email and select Options tab Show Fields From to enable the From field.
