Welcome to Excel Basics video number 22. In this video, weve got to see how to set the default pivot table layout and options in Excel 2016, Office 365, or later. Now, edit default layout in a pivot table-- that is amazing. Weve created 20 pivot tables in the class so far, and every time, we had to change the report layout to tabular form manually. So this is going to be an amazing time saver. Now, why didnt we see this earlier in the class? Because we dont have this option in our computer labs. And right now, its only if you bought the Office 365 version of Excel 2016. Now, the great news is that this feature will be available in all future versions. So just in case you have Office 365 or just in case youre going to be using Excel for years to come, lets see how to use this amazing feature. Heres a proper data set. Im going to create a quick pivot table using our keyboard, Alt-N-V. Im going to put this on the existing sheet location, G6, click OK. From the field list, I drag

Set a default sensitivity level for all new messages Click File Options Mail. Under Send messages, select Normal, Personal, Private, or Confidential in the Default Sensitivity level list.
The default sensitivity label policy makes the labels available for users to start labeling their documents and emails with sensitivity labels. It has the following configuration: Publish the default labels to all users in your tenant.
The default setting is None but any of the labels included in the policy can be selected.
In the label policy configuration from the Microsoft Purview compliance portal, on the Apply a default label to emails page: You can specify your choice of sensitivity label that will be applied to all unlabeled emails, or no default label.
Under Add-ins look for Manage Add-ins, click on the drop-down menu and choose Com Add-ins and then click on Go. Now youll get Com Add-ins Pop up, look for Microsoft Azure Information Protection and uncheck that option and click on OK. Next relaunch the Office app, now the sensitivity label will be no longer visible.
To remove a sensitivity label that has already been applied to a file, unselect it from the Sensitivity menu. Naturally if your organization requires labels on all files you wont be able to remove it.
You can apply just one sensitivity label to an item such as a document, email, or container. If you set an option that requires your users to provide a justification for changing a label to a lower classification, the order of this list identifies the lower classifications.
Set the sensitivity level of a message From your draft email message, click File Properties. Under Settings, in the Sensitivity list, select Normal, Personal, Private, or Confidential. The default value is Normal. Select Close. When youre done composing your message, select Send.
