The most easy way is to Remove Fields or Remove Comment Website/URL Box. Navigate to WP-Admin -> Plugins -> Add New and search for “Remove Fields” and and activate the plugin. After the successful completion of the installation process, activate the plugin to remove the Website field from blog comments.
Go to "Screen Options" and untick "Custom Fields," or use a plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/custom-write-panel/ to hide editor panels. Or, check the plugin for the code you need to disable each editor option without using the plugin.
In the list, right-click the custom field. Select Remove from this folder/project.
