after youve set up a pivot table you might want to remove one of the fields you dont have to go to the field list and scroll down and see if you can find that field listed and remove its checkmark and you dont have to go to the row labels and try and find it there and drag it out you can just right-click somewhere in that field so Ill right-click on paper I want to get rid of the product field when Ive right clicked on it I can click remove product and its instantly gone from the pivot table layout for more excel tips and tutorials please visit my contexture website at wwlp.com
