Once the credit memo is posted well then analyze the vendor line item display (Transaction FBL1N). Lets begin with where transaction FB65 fits in the procure-to-pay process. At this point its probably useful to mention that a lot of organizations use the term credit note rather than credit memo. Credit memo is S A Ps chosen term for this type of document. On the Credit and Debit Memos page, click the credit memo that you want to reverse. On the credit memo details page, click more Reverse Credit Memo.
To void the credit memo: Click on Sales at the left pane, then select All Sales. Filter the transaction type to the credit memo. Locate the transaction from there, then open it. Tap on More, then select Delete.
Removing Credits from Deleted Customer Payments Go to Transactions Customers Issue Credit Memos List (Administrator). Click Edit next to the credit you want to unapply. On the Credit Memo, click the Items subtab. Click the Apply subtab. Clear the Apply box next to the invoice it is applied to.
On the Credit and Debit Memos page, click the Credit Memo or Debit Memo tab. Click the memo number that you want to delete. On the memo detail page, click delete. Click yes.
Edit a credit memo Select Customers in the navigation menu. Select the customer name the credit memo belongs to. Select More actions. Select Credit memos. Select the credit memo ref # Select the Edit icon. Edit the credit memo. Select Save.
To do this, follow these steps: On the Transactions menu, point to Purchasing, and then click Void Historical Transactions. In the Void Historical Payables Transactions window, click to select the Void check box for the credit memo that you want to void. Click Void.
Solution Edit the Credit Memo. Navigate to Items tab Apply sub tab unapply the Credit Memo from the Refund. Click Save. Edit the Credit Memo again. Hover mouse over Actions select Delete.
Go to Transactions Customers Issue Credit Memos List (Administrator). Click Edit next to the memo you want to apply.
