[Music] hello im elliot harper from cloud kettle and welcome to marketing cloud minutes in this episode ill show you how to remove an email from a published journey in journey builder perhaps you have an email that features a promotion thats recently expired or includes an offer which is no longer available and you want to ensure that the email is not sent to anyone while you can edit an existing email activity in a published journey or replace it with a different one you cant delete it but heres a quick tip to stop an email from being sent lets take a look simply open the email activity in your published journey then choose activity summary in the email analytics pane click edit in the delivery options section then enter the following expression in the exclusion script field then click summary and done to update your email this expression will always evaluate a true and the email wont be sent to anyone well i hope you found this tip helpful see you next time
