Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings. Select the Billing Subscription tab. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date. In the QuickBooks Online Payroll section, select Upgrade your plan or Downgrade your plan.
Go to Settings ⚙, then Payroll settings. From Federal tax, select Edit ✎. Enter your EIN. Select Save, then Done.
If you made a mistake on your EIN application, such as if you listed a non-owner or officer in Item 3 or elsewhere, do not submit a new EIN application, Form SS-4. Instead, submit a letter to the IRS, preferably on your company letterhead.
