Bring a pot of water to a boil and take it out to your vehicle. Slowly pour the hot water over the dent so it heats up the panel and makes it more malleable. After that, spray the area with compressed air to cool it down quickly. If youre lucky, the dent will pop right out.
Heat and Cold First, try heating the dented area with a heat gun or hair dryer for several minutes. Keep the heat source moving so the surface heats even-ly. Frequently, this alone is enough to remove the dent. If it isnt, immediately apply something very cold to the dent while its still hot.
An easy way to fix the dent on your car fender is to harness the power of heat and cold. All you need to do is heat the dent with a hair dryer and follow that up by spraying it with some compressed air. The heat expands the metal while the cold of the compressed air shrinks it, effectively pulling out the dent.
Here are five quick and easy ways to remove minor damage from your vehicles exterior so that you can once again smile when you look at your car. Try the plunger method. Use hot water for dented bumpers. Hammer out the dent. Pop out the dent with a hair dryer and compressed air. Buy a dent removal kit.

Put on a pair of gloves and pick up a chunk of dry ice. Many hardware stores, bait shops and grocery stores carry dry ice. Place the dry ice on the center of the dent for a few minutes. The metal will begin to contract because of the cold, and it will literally flex itself back into its original un-dented position.

Use the hairdryer to blow the hot air directly on the dented surface to provide sufficient heat to expand the metal surface. Leave it for a while to let it cool, and you will find that the metal surface will contract and fix the dent in the fridge.

Will the Dent Pop Out on Its Own? No, a dent will not pop out on its own. In some very rare cases, extreme heat can affect the shape of a dent, but generally, once the dent is there, it is permanent.
