This is easy function for Microsoft Excel but most of the time you dont know where to find it. So lets get started and Im going to add a strikethrough to all these seven cells and Im going to select them now Im going to click on this arrow button okay now if you click there this format cells dialog box will pop up and take a look at here effects and here you will find a strikethrough if you check mark this option and click OK and Done. You can see now all these seven cells has been strikethrough. So if you undo that option just click on this arrow again now uncheck this strikethrough option and click OK. California has a $15 title transfer fee, or $20 for out-of-state vehicles.
To register, head to the DMV and submit: A Completed Application for Title or Registration (Form REG 343). The Vehicles Out-of-State Title. The Vehicles Out-of-State Registration. Proof of Insurance. A Valid Smog Certificate. Payment for Fees (see Fees below).
STATEMENT OF ERROR OR ERASURE The name appearing on or erased from line of the CERTIFICATE OF TITLE/OWNERSHIP issued for the above described vehicle/vessel was in error and has no bearing on the ownership of the vehicle/vessel. The name signed or erased should not be a part of the ownership record.

Tip #2: Only Use Blue or Black Ink Also, NEVER use white out. Doing so will void your title.
